Delivery and Postage

Find out how much it costs to send a Christian Aid Charity Gifts card, and how long the gift cards should take to arrive.

Postal delivery: how much does it cost?

Christian Aid offers free standard postage for all deliveries to UK addresses only. We send cards out by second class post.

How long will it take to receive the gift card(s) by post?

It depends where you’re sending them. We've partnered with the Royal Mail for deliveries, and for certain locations their delivery times are generally:

UK (including Channel Islands) deliveries: Up to 10 working days. If there's Royal Mail industrial action, this may delay your delivery.

International deliveries: 10-15 working days

CHRISTMAS 2025: Please allow a minimum of 10 working days for UK posted orders. With Christmas being a busy time, postal orders often experience delays. For any physical cards, please ensure your orders are placed by Friday 5th December to receive them in time for Christmas.
